Catalyst uses fee structures which are transparent and ensure that no fees are earned unless we earn (or save) money for our clients. In addition, through a series of innovative schemes we put our money where our mouth is when it comes to Talent Development, Support & Promotion as well as Social Responsibility.

Jonathan Adelman, a licensed Intermediary, founded Catalyst in 2014 with the passion to create a player representation business, delivered with absolute integrity and a personal touch.
Jonathan has more than 25 years of experience as a lawyer in the City of London and as General Counsel & Company Secretary of various FTSE listed businesses. In addition to leading on complex negotiations for transactions totalling multiple billions of £, he has led on corporate and organisational governance delivering compliance with the UK Corporate Governance Code.
Jonathan also serves as Chairman of a registered charity which raises funds for former players who have fallen on difficult times, and works closely with the PFA on this initiative.

We can also provide bespoke Project Management services for example to ensure that activation of your Commercial Partner relationships is smooth and delivers maximum benefits for the club and return on investment for your partners, increasing the chances of renewals at increased rates.

With more than two decades of experience in negotiating commercial partnership arrangements within Sport, our team is well placed to match Commercial Partners with Talent, Clubs and Governing Bodies. We spend time to understand the investment rationale of Commercial Partners and ensure those needs are properly catered for in the rights package or assets included in the deal.
